Full-Time Mandatory Team Gear
- Writing utensil
- Water purification method for an entire team
- Working cell phone in a waterproof or zip lock baggie
- First Aid Kit
- Waterproof map case or other means to keep race materials dry
Full-Time Mandatory Individual Gear
(Each team member must have the following at all times)
- Whistle
- Compass
- Means to carry at least 50 oz of liquid
- Knife with locking blade
- Space blanket
Mandatory Individual Biking Gear
(Each team member must have the following on all biking sections)
- Mountain Bike
- Flashing red tail light
- Bike helmet
Mandatory Paddle Gear
THERE WILL BE NO PADDLE GEAR FOR THE 2024 RACE!!
- Teams/Solo will provide their own Canoe/Kayak
- Teams/Solo will provide their own Paddles
- Teams/Solo will provide their own PFDs
